Please make sure that you follow below steps:

1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (The file is in zip format)

2/ Extract the file you've just downloaded (Don't forget this step).

3/ Find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

- If you would like to use Ella RTL version. Please find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x RTL, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip file to your Shopify store

- If you want to install child theme, please go to the corresponding theme folder

  • Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
  • Specify which template and version you are using.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Delivery

To track your order, please click HERE or call 8202 2094. You can find your shipping tracking number in your Order Shipped confirmation email.

For updates in your delivery date and timeframe, please call 8202 2094 quoting your Online Order Number or Sales Order Number.

A delivery fee will be charged based on the product type and weight for your online order.

0-5kg - $4

5-10kg $6

10kg-20kg $15

We aim to deliver your order to you within 1 to 5 working days from the date of your order, subject to stock availability. Delivery lead times may be extended during peak periods and notified via email or whatsapp. Do note that orders after friday 6pm will only be shipped out on the next monday.

We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders; therefore it would usually take place between 10am-5pm, five days a week. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc).

No, we do not allow customers to choose their specific time for delivery

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to a delay in delivery, we will make every effort to contact you, keep you informed of the progress and arrange for rescheduling if needed.

You are required to inform us of the changes at least one (1) day in advance. If not, additional charges will be imposed for redelivery.

No, we do not.

No. Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and public holidays. For orders placed within a day before and after the holiday, processing time will be extended by additional 1-3 working days.

Ingredients

From the beginning, we've listed every ingredient found in our products. Visit our ingredients page to find definitions of all the ingredients we use, what they are and why we use them. Our products are gentle enough to use around kids and pets. They're phthalate, sulfate, and paraben free, and don't use harsh chemicals that contribute VOCs into the air.

All of our formulations are 100 % biodegradable and contain no harsh chemicals. They are concentrated in order to reduce the carbon footprint created when transport of goods throughout the country. Our formula do not include any unnecessary ingredients, such as dyes or strong fragrances. Everything you require, nothing you do not. We know from experience that they perform admirably, and we welcome any feedback..

As a wellness inspired brand, Two steps cleaning uses 100% essential oil in it's formulation.
Also, Synthetic fragrances are made from a variety of chemicals, some of which are hormone disruptors such as phthalates. We believe it is best to stick with tried-and-true 100% pure essential oils. Oils can have powerful properties as well, but we believe they are more thoroughly tested and thus a better choice for choosing what we want to bring into our home.

Two steps cleaning is cruelty-free. This means that we do not do test on animals.
